Italian Fine Dining @ NeroTeca , Bukit Ceylon
Hi Guys, I want
to share my first fine dining experience with Zomato ! Thanks Jason and Fieza
for the invitation. I had my last Italian food during my travel last year. So, I’m
anxious to dine in this Italian restaurant. When I arrived the restaurant, I
realized that there is just a small carpark there. It’s quite hard to find
parking there. But Zomato have provide us free ride for Uber with their unique
code.
Stepping in
the restaurant, you can feel the elegant decoration of the restaurant with dim
lights. The special dinner is prepared by Chef Evelio. From starter to dessert,
I thought a small portion will not make me full, until I have started my third
dishes.
These are the
menu:
1. Prosciutto e Mozzarella with basil and figs
>>> At first, I don’t know how to eat this
dish. I eat separately and feel the taste like…hmmm…can’t describe! And my
friend told me to eat the cheese, basil and figs. Then I eat them together and
the taste is quite nice.
2. Pork Sausage Tortellini in brodo (Vegetable broth)
>>> It looked like dumpling soup but in Italian
way. It also taste like Chinese dumpling but the skin is thicker. If the
dumpling skin is thin, I will love it.
3. Saffron Risotto with green peas and salmon
>>> Risotto is my favourite and I like it
when it served with salmon. The risotto I use to eat in Italy was served with
mussel. It’s taste awesome when you eat with salmon! I was totally full after I
finished it.
4. Pancetta rolled Pork fillet with potato puree and asparagus salad
>>> The chef use the pork pancetta which
usually use in Italy. The meat is quite chewy.
5. Red velvet lava cake with vanilla ice-cream, served with Raspberry & Mango Jam
>>> I like the red velvet lava cake. It was just meet my taste
because I do not like dessert that is too sweet.
