Berbuka Puasa with Chef Norman Musa @ Pullman KLCC
Hi Guys ! If you still haven't decided where to Buka Puasa , you can try this ~ They have provided a wide array of food which can let you have a taste of Malay traditional cuisine and the dish that cooked by Chef Norman Musa. Thanks Sidney for the invitation ;)
Chef Norman Musa is a Europe’s leading award-winning UK based Malaysia Chef and official food ambassador for Kuala Lumpur. He has won several accolades throughout his 10 years’ experience as a chef. He has launched his new cookbook “Amazing Malaysian” in February 2016. Chef Norman has presented a live demo of cooking Nyonya Kapitan Curry Chicken which is one of his popular dishes.
--This is what i have tried in the Ramadhan buffet --
RENDANG SCOTCH EGG
This a fusion flavour by Chef Norman where the boiled egg is coated with minced chicken infused with authentic rendang flavour and coated with breadcrumb. Deep-fried for the crispy texture and soft boiled egg inside and served on mix salad bedding.
>>> This is one of my favourite food in this buffet. The crispness of outer layer with the softness of the egg makes this dish perfect.
PRAWN CURRY NOODLE
is a Nyonya version curry which tastes different like Penang curry noodle.
RENDANG BEEF WELLINGTON
Specially created by Chef Norman. This unique dish is a combination of East meets West and featured in Jamie Oliver's Magazine "JAMIE" and Malaysian Masterchef.
The rendang flavour rolled with beef and wrapped with mushroom, spinach and pastry, baked to make it crispy on the outside and authentic Malaysian flavour on the inside.
This dish best time to eat when hot served.
ARABIC STYLE LAMB STUFFED WITH BRIYANI RICE
